When you read the site
No cookies, no analytics, no advertising trackers. If you switch to dark mode, your browser remembers that choice (under the name theme); it never leaves your device. The site is served by Cloudflare, which keeps the usual technical logs for running and protecting its network.
What the forms store
- Updates sign-up: your email address, the page you sent it from and the time.
- Business inquiries: the reason you picked (and the few words you add for "Other"), your name, email, company if you give one, your message and the time.
Each is stored in our database on Cloudflare (D1) as soon as you send it, and kept until you ask us to delete it.
How we keep out spam
- Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a browser, not a script, sent the form. Cloudflare processes that check under its own privacy policy. Most people never see it.
- We count how many forms come from one connection in an hour. We never store the connection address itself, only a salted, one-way hash of it, and counts older than two hours are deleted each time a form comes in.
- A form that fails these checks is still stored, marked as possible spam, and never emailed to us; we look through those now and then so a real message isn't lost. An address we block by hand stays on the block list until we remove it.
Who sees it
On the live site, each inquiry is emailed to the site owner's mailbox when it arrives, and sign-ups go out in one weekly summary email; those emails stay in that mailbox. Nobody else gets your details: we don't sell, rent or share them.
Getting it removed
Send a business inquiry with the reason "Other" and the email address you used, and we will delete every row with it, and the alert emails, within 30 days.
